FLAVIA NIEMEYER
Flavia has a passion for transformation. Her gift is to support people to realize their full potential. She believes in and practices a holistic approach which is crucial to fulfillment. Her approach to thriving in life incorporates what you eat using the Whole30 program, a healthy movement program, connecting with one’s self through Embodiment Meditation, and building support communities of likeminded people.
Flavia has a degree in Physical Education and has continued to develop herself through Whole30 coaching and a variety of other courses, programs, and experiences. So much of what she has developed was born out of the pursuit of her own healing and development. This work was done inside of her mission to bring accountability, empowerment, and freedom to people’s lives so they can have real choices in life.

I will support you in getting the most out of your Whole30 journey. Through the process of transforming your relationship with food, you can also transform your relationship with your emotions, self-image, self-love, and much more. I have coached hundreds of people to complete their Whole30 journey successfully and also to go beyond those 30 days in the pursuit of their dreams.
Embodiment Meditation
A powerful yet gentle practice that creates space for your fundamental consciousness to become present. Imagine having your unfelt emotions, limited beliefs, and holding patterns being dissolved and opening the space for peace and happiness. Through private sessions or group classes you are empowered to go deep within yourself and to discover your infinite internal universe, causing practical and direct impacts in your day to day life.

Discover the art of balancing what you eat and with healthy movement, coupled with connection to one’s deeper self and to others through an enhanced sense of community.
